Montreal-based jewellery brand Anne-Marie Chagnon Jewellery is celebrating a career milestone with her spring/summer 2018 collection, designed as an homage to the brand’s beginnings.

Baptized 'Point of Origin', the collection launching this February, celebrates a career milestone that places Anne-Marie Chagnon Jewellery at 700 retailers, in 19 countries, across five continents.

The new celebratory collection features 139 styles including bracelets, earrings, rings and necklaces, in Chagnon’s usual materials including pewter, glass, marble, leather and wood.

The line was inspired by the circle motif, representing life and unity and a line with no beginning and no end.

Chagnon, who is currently generating 60 percent of sales outside of Canada, said she owes her success to staying true to herself and her customers who share the same conviction.

“We don’t need to wear jewellery. We choose to wear it to convey a visual message. It’s a way of asserting your individuality and your style without speaking a word,” Chagnon said.

Following the launch of a new visual identity in December 2015, after 20 years of business, Chagnon’s designs can now be found in 320 retailers in the United States including 41 museums and galleries, 270 retail outlets in Canada, as well as at 30 retailers in Japan and several in France and Russia.
