partners with PostNL's Local Express on returns

Dutch e-tailer now offers its customers a pick-up service for their returns in collaboration with PostNL’s Local Express. The service is free of charge and currently only available for products in the Select range, which consists of approximately 300,000 items. now collects returns - Photo: customers who would like to return a package can choose a pick-up time on the company’s website, the item then being collected from the customer's home. In addition to returns, the service is also available for customers who would like a new product in exchange. At the moment is testing the returns pick-up in Amsterdam and surrounding cities. is the second e-tailer that offers such a service in the Netherlands. Last year, German e-tailer Zalando launched return service Zalando Haalt Op throughout the country after a short test in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

Local Express is an initiative by PostNL offering same-day delivery, available from 2 hours after ordering, in Amsterdam and Rotterdam only. Its clients include Dutch cosmetics retailer Skins Cosmetics. and PostNL also work together in’s recently opened 135,000 m2 fulfillment center in Waalwijk, in which the postal company carries out its sorting activities and deliveries for the e-tailer. has more than 7.5 million customers in the Netherlands and Belgium and a total assortment of about 15 million products.
