Maybelline New York is expanding its effort to support the education of girls to Canada. The partnership will reach over 160 girls and will provide them with support to succeed in school.

"Maybelline is proud to be working with Girls Inc Canada, inspiring girls to make it happen in their lives," said Cammie Guest, Maybelline New York Canada's brand director, in a news statement. "Maybelline New York is a brand that strives to empower all girls and women. By giving girls tools to grow strong in their lives, they become more confident which then gives them the potential to make things happen in their lives. We want to be there to support them in every way possible."

The partnership will also include the sponsorship of the Girl Zone afterschool program. The program will allow girls from the Durham & Ajax area in Ontario to meet four speakers including successful figures from the science, sport, business and creative world. Maybelline New York will also have some in store displays in April 2017 to invite consumers to give to Girls Inc.

Maybelline's association with Girls Inc Canada was made possible through its partnership with The Girl Project, Glamour's philanthropic initiative. The project has been currently on-going in the U.S.
