(Reuters) - The World Bank's development financing arm and the governments of Haiti and the United States on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding with leading South Korean clothing producer Sae-A to develop an industrial park and garment manufacturing operation in Haiti.

The project, which also includes the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), is expected to create 10,000 jobs, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) said in a statement.
