The clogs and sandals made by Crocs in collaboration with LVMH-owned beauty label Benefit Cosmetics have proved to be yet another sell-out collaboration for the quirky footwear brand, with all pairs having been snapped up one day after launch.

Released on Tuesday, July 13, the collaboration includes two models: the Benefit x Crocs Classic Clog and the Benefit x Crocs Classic Sandal. The former features a bubble-gum pink colorway and a sparkly, translucent upper, while the latter brings in a darker, metallic shade of pink with its glittery straps.

Available exclusively on the Crocs website, the Benefit x Crocs Classic Clogs were sold for $70, while the beauty brand’s take on the Classic Sandal retailed for $50.

The collaboration also features a range of Jibbitz charms, including pink jewels, glittery hearts, lips and even a real compact mirror for that touch of eccentric whimsy that Crocs has capitalized on so effectively as it has transformed into a powerhouse pop-culture phenomenon in the last few years.

The brand has successfully made viral brand partnerships its specialty since Demna Gavsalia sent a pair of platform Crocs down the Balenciaga runway for Spring/Summer 2018 – a then-unlikely collaboration that effectively relaunched the clog maker as a fashionable force to be reckoned with.

Crocs collaborations regularly sell out rapidly, with its partnerships with rapper Post Malone, singer Justin Bieber and iconic fast food chain KFC all having resulted in products that sold out in a matter of minutes.

And the collaborations show no signs of drying up at the footwear brand, which has a number of further partnerships planned for this year, including link-ups with Hidden Valley Ranch, Disney’s Cruella, and footwear designer Salehe Bembury.
