Parisian concept store Merci has expanded into beauty, debuting its all new cosmetics offering at the beginning of October. The "bathroom" section of the store's first-floor home space now features products from some of the hottest beauty brands including Sacha Juan, David Mallett, Austin Austin, Haeckles, Dr Jacksons, Nuori, The Ordinary and Benamor, not to mention the exclusive Nailmatic nail polishes created in collaboration with Merci.

Around 20 beauty, self-care and hygiene brands have been added to the bathroom space, which was previously located in another part of the store and hosted linens, small objects and decorative items. The new beauty labels, which will be joined by others as Merci expands its beauty offering, have also been launched on the multi-brand e-commerce website run by the Haut Marais-based store.

Merci, which recently hosted an exhibition about tartan, was opened at 111 Boulevard Beaumarchais ten years ago by Bonpoint founder Marie-France Cohen. In 2013, the multi-brand store was sold to the Gerbi family, founders of Gérard Darel. Since 2016, the concept store, which achieved revenues of just over 15.5 million euros this year, has been led by Arthur Gerbi.
