The 30-year fashion veteran served as SVP of Men’s Design for 10 years and played an instrumental role in propelling the brand from a "Hawaiian shirt" company to a full lifestyle brand. He created and developed the Relax by Tommy Bahama division that attracted a young clientele and became a large part of the men’s collection business.

"I am proud of the accomplishments my team and I made in extending the brand. Together we created an iconic island lifestyle collection that expertly brought casual sportswear to the island," said Rodolfo.

He launched many of his own successful brands including Bench Company, Cutter & Buck, Resort Two, and JR 1879, and was also selected by US Team Captain Curtis Strange to design the 2001 Ryder Cup uniforms.

Rodolfo plans to announce the launch of a new company in the near future.
